Open Houses & For Sale Signs
You may display a for sale sign in your yard. Open house signs can only be displayed at the community entrance while an open house is in process. Please advise your realtor accordingly.
Closing Once you have a closing date, the title company will contact us to confirm that HOA dues are paid and that there are no outstanding liens on your home. The board requires 5 business days to respond and requires that the forms below first be submitted for the prospective owners. No last minute or rush requests please!
Please ensure that your realtor and title company use the current gmail address for the board. In the past, closings have been delayed because outdated/incorrect contact methods were used. |
New Owner PaperworkBuyers must complete and email the following documents prior to closing. Realtors - consider having these forms completed by prospective buyers when they submit an offer.
