Are you planning to paint your home's exterior or replace your roof?
Painting
  • Create a paint sample board
    (Hint:  hardware stores sell small, inexpensive sample cans of paint), see the bylaws section 3.2.41 (page 13) for specifications on creating the paint board.
  • Submit an exterior alteration request
Roofing
  • If you are considering roofing material other than Certainteed Landmark or Presidential, obtain roofing samples and specifications from your contractor.
  • Submit an exterior alteration request.  Include samples & specs for non Certainteed roofing materials.

Exterior Alteration Request

Please submit an exterior alteration request well before work begins.  If you begin work without HOA approval, you may incur fines or be asked to repaint or reroof.
