Welcome to the Lakemont Highlands Division II website. You will find a lot of useful information regarding our neighborhood and community. Lakemont Highlands Division II is located on Cougar Mountain in South Bellevue in an area referred to as Lakemont. The first family moved into our neighborhood in the Fall of 1995 and the last home was completed in the year 2001, bringing the total number of residences to 47.
David Klein, a division of Murray Franklin, built 28 of the homes in our neighborhood, 9 were built by Kirkland builders, and the remaining 10 homes were constructed by a number of other builders including Fahim Construction and Robinson Construction Co.

- Reviewing and Approving exterior alteration requests
- Ensuring the neighborhood continues to look fabulous
